Kan Rock was able to get my car in right away, even on a SUNDAY! Very thankful and appreciative of their great service! I will definitely be back with any car service in the future!
I had an excellent experience that Kan R)ock I came in for a simple oil change and I have a stick shift 2006 Saturn Ion not only did they get me in and out fast time they gave me synthetic oil as a normal the price is only $14.99 and there was a Certified mechanic on duty there was able to clear my check oil light when I went back for my next Oil Change to Fast Eddie's I made them take all kinds of money off there were looking at Google they were getting in my car manual they could not figure out how to take the check engine or check oil light off I'm still driving around to this day with my check oil light on I can't wait to go to call Kan Rock tomorrow get a real oil change and have that check oil light come off once and for all I will never again stray from Kan Rock or cheaper they know what they're doing and they have a nice comfy waiting room. You don't have to worry about ex-cons working underneath your car saying that they replace this and that or gave you this and that extra or wanting to tip these guys are actually on the level pisses me off when they go in there and say and do stuff like that it really does and that's why I will always go to Kan Rock never again will I Stray thank you Kan Rock!!!
Don F. Showed great concern for my vehicle, and went the extra mile to ensure it is in the greatest working condition. Thanks for the service, will definitely be back!
Kan Rock is the best tire shop in town. Very knowledgable and friendly staff. From repairs to replacements, Kan Rock can help you out and get you back on the road quickly.
I am very happy with Kan Rock. The manager has always been very kind, helpful and truly cares about his customers. Prices are very good. I will only go to Kan Rock for my tire needs. They are awesome.
Knowledgeable staff Mark and dominic the people at the front desk jumped through hoops to get my part that day because I was going out of town the next couple days. Chris the mechanic. He was awesome fast friendly and most importantly honest car was fixed same day as well no extra parts or bs. He even recommended that i fix another part because the car was already apart and he just had to put it in and only charged me for the part. My experience couldn't have been better unless everything was free lol. I will recommend kanrock to everyone. Thanks guys and i will definitely see you again.
On Saturday, 10/15 at about 6:13 pm I pulled into Kan Rock on Wilder Rd. because I had a tire going flat on the interstate. I entered the lobby and the man behind the counter informed me they closed at 6pm. Desperate, being a woman and travelling alone, I pleaded with him to help me. He informed me that all his guys had left for the day, offered to change my tire if I had a spare..which I did not. :( I walked out the door, saw another man standing outside next to his motorcycle..I asked him if he could suggest any place around that could help me. He came over to look at my tire, which was gushing air, and offered to help me. This man opened the garage door back up and fixed my tire. I asked for both their names before leaving..Mike and Jon. I believe Mike was the man in the front, lobby closing up shop and Jon is the one that actually helped me get back on the road. (hopefully I have this right). I could not have been more thankful for his compassion for my situation. I gave him a huge hug and thanked him profusely!! He told me he did a good deed for his mom today..He certainly helped me out more than he will ever know. God Bless Him!! Cindy, Florida
Your people are outstanding they give honest answers to length of time at arrival of workload and time to repairs even if you made an appointment. Very understanding and excellent service , you need to give these guys a raise!
I was very pleased with the professionalism and the excellent cuatomer service i received from the store manger. He made sure the issue was done correctly and in a timely manner. I will be back
I was in to have new tires put on my 2008 F250. James was behind the counter and was friendly, very helpful, and knowledgeable. Don changed the tires and did a great job. He didn’t scratch the rims and got the wheel and tire assembly balanced without having to go back a second time (like has happened at the place I had been going). I recently bought the truck and Don took the time to walk around it with me while the wheels were off and point out a number of things (both positive as well as what needed attention). Very knowledgeable and friendly guy as well. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely be back. Thanks guys!
Just had the pressure checked on our tires, mere minutes before they closed ..... Dominic was soooo friendly and sooooo helpful!! Highly recommend this place!
I’ve bought tires, shocks, struts, brakes, and much more. I keep going back because the staff is friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable. The regulator in my window went bad and they were able to fix this as well. I highly recommended this place. I will continue to have my vehicles serviced here.
Mike at Kan rock really helped us out today! We were having an oil leak issue and needed to get it checked out right away. We expressed this to him when we called. They got us scheduled for 3pm. Mike had us in and out in 30 minutes! Problem solved. Thank God for Kan rock. Thanks for the help guys!
Great quality work by a helpful and friendly staff, I was waited on by Brandon Smith at the counter he was fast and very helpful when it came to me asking questions and any concerns I had.
The staff was really professional, courteous, and nice. They didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary. I was in and out in 20 minutes for a conventional oil change, and it only cost me 23 bucks. Best place in town in my books.
Miles was a great help as we walked in early this morning. We brought in two vehicles and he made sure we purchased good tires with a reasonable price. Very honest and friendly service. We will be back!
We had these tires installed on 2009 Cadillac CTS at approx 165,000 miles. This car had ran Michelin previously. We experience cupping on all four corners which resulted in excessive tire noise, always beginning at approx 5,000 miles and the tires were pretty well worn out at 37-42000 miles. Several service facilities including Cadillac dealerships could not find any alignment or suspension issues. Michelins were always rotated at each oil change and proper pressures were continually monitored. At approx. 165,000 we had Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric All-Season installed 28 months ago. Sense then this car has traveled over 66,000 miles on these Goodyears. These tires are starting to sing but still no cupping and are still showing 6-7/32 of tread left. Face it, 50 series tires aren't known for ride but these Goodyears have demonstrated superior ride and handling characteristics over the previous brand tires. This car appears to have a tremendous amount of life left in it yet, so,we will probably be purchasing these Goodyears again, when a sale comes up.
Great value! Cheap and get me around in snow. :)
Can't believe how well these handle in bad weather. Best traction I've ever had!
45,000 miles into them. Not even halfway down on the tread! Still bite the ground like new. Still give a quite and excellent ride.
Looking for cheap *$$ drift spares? Burn these, stupid cheap and last a while. good for daily and drifting.
These seem to grip in wet and slick conditions better then the wranglers and dueler at. They are also a very quiet ride compared to other tires I have had in the past. I drive an average of 40-50k miles a year on road, and 3-4k off road.
Put on 2014 Sonata Limited 2.4. Never thought I would buy Goodyear again, let alone extol their value, but after 20K miles, they have worn little and have outstanding winter snow traction and run like gazelles in the rain. And best was installation by Mr. Tire in Brunswick. Adam and crew are fantastic. Only bad thing is they don't do nitrogen in tires. Have to go to dealer to get that, but it is worth it. Never fill tires. it really is worth a few bucks with aluminum wheels not to have to put air in every month.
I am very happy now I have these, Michelin Defender are the way to go.
Goes Great in the winter and on wet roads. And it is studdable for added traction. Will. Buy this tire again.
The feel and the handle of these tires feel amazing compared to what I previously had (not Goodyear). Taking tighter turns and not worrying about slipping especially on roads you're not expecting it brings much comfort as I drive a lot of state highways in the Midwest. I would recommend but not necessarily for the overly aggressive driver.
Great tires, great value. They wear so much better than much more expensive tires.
Tires have been very smooth so far and really good traction in wet and dry conditions. Only have around 5000 miles on them so far but hoping for a long life out of them!
My vehicle came off the lot with Michelin tires, and I worked near a Michelin plant for many years (even in one briefly), so I was a fairly loyal Michelin customer for many years, in spite of the fact that their tires never got anywhere hear the warrantied 80K miles. I do drive an SUV, so I wasn't expecting exactly 80K miles, but I was getting more like 45K miles, which isn't great! Eventually, I moved to a different state where the Michelin deals weren't as plentiful, and the next time I needed tires, I was more open-minded about other brands. The gentleman at Treadquarters swore I'd be much happier with Yokohama tires. Since he sold Michlins that were similar in price to the Yoko tires he was recommending, I figured he was telling the truth and not just giving me some line to try to sell tires, and I decided to give them a try. So glad I did. I'd never run anything but Michelins on the vehicle, so I had no idea the cabin could be so much less overrun by tire noise! I could actually hear the radio without turning it way up! And the Yoko wear has been much better than the Michelins! I still didn't get the full 80K, but I got a lot closer (70K). My vehicle is up to 215K miles now, and I'm on the 2nd full set of Yoko tires. If the vehicles makes it, I'll buy a third set! I definitely recommend them!
