    Better communication is needed. Was told I needed ball bearing replaced. Said its would be a bit above 400. Get the bill for 1200+. Instead of just telling me how much the part is should have informed of what the total would have been. Failure to tell me I needed two of those parts, which are very pricey, really was a surprise on my bill. Just felt scammed in the end.

    Great customer service, professional, quick, friendly staff. Went in for an oil change, left very happy. Didn't overcharge on anything like most oil change places I've gone to in the past and inspected the car. My husband was extremely hesitant about finding a new place for our car maintenance needs but we left happy.

    The absolute WORST customer service experience I've ever had. Purchased four new tires based, in part, on a guaranteed rebate. Eight months later and multiple trips to this location, I've yet to receive my rebate. Ass. Manager lied and stated he was the manager. Also keeps stating the reason I'm not receiving my rebate is due to clerical errors. Yet, he's called the tire Manufacturer, twice. So who's clerical error is it? They refuse to make good on this rebate. They didn't bother to offer services to an equal dollar amount. They refuse to help in any way and won't make good on their promise to me. Asst, Manager stated he would give me the rebate money out of the till if I failed to receive the rebate for the third time. When I asked for info to contact corporate, he rescinded that promise and arrogantly stated, "we'll see what corporate says." Worst customer run around of my life and I'll never go back to this business for anything. They've clearly never heard of "the customer is always right.

    I picked up a piece of glass in my tire on the highway and got to their shop 10 minutes before closing time. My tire was almost completely flat. They were extremely polite and stayed till my tire was patched so I could get back on the road and not have to put on the spare. It ended up taking 15 minutes past closing time, yet there was still a smile on their faces. Prices were very reasonable and as a woman with her kid, I felt completely comfortable there. I would recommend them to anyone! Turned my day around with their care.

    I always go to Kanrock if I need anything done on my vehicle. Most places I feel taken advantage of because I'm a girl and I don't know anything about cars. I don't feel like that at Kanrock. They explain things to me and give me options on what has to be done immediately vs what should be done in the future. They are quick most of the time and offer coffee and water will you wait.

    My mom got a new tire from them. In about 24 hours the entire tire, rim and all, came off. Messed up her truck. They said don't worry we will pay for repair. But when she drops of the estimate they start questioning why it costs so much, was the truck really damaged, and the manager got an attitude. Good thing their insurance provider was much better at customer service.

    Took car in for a tire leak and wallet was stolen from a purse on the passenger side floor. Will NEVER take any of my cars to KanRock again and will warn others as well!!! When I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, his response was ignorant and unapologetic.

    These guys were awesome. I spent two hours trying to remount a tiller tire with no luck. I called they said bring it up. The fixed it on the spot in about two minutes. Thanks Kan Rock crew.
